Personal White-glove Services


When it comes to service delivery, we understand how frustrating it can be dealing with call centers.  We don’t use them at all.  We’ve seen all too often how frustrated clients get when they’re trying to get an answer to a problem and they end up dealing with ten to twenty different people before getting a solution, if ever.

We eliminated this frustration form our process flow.  We assign a dedicated account manager to handle your account.  He/she manages the ticket form the time it’s opened, liaises and follows up with the on-site crew, then reports back and closes the ticket once you’ve been informed and are happy with the solution provided.

We source computer parts, software, servers and network equipment from major vendors and manufacturers in and around Gauteng in South Africa.  We are also Dell PartnerDirect partners and Value Added Resellers (VARs) with quick access to Dell hardware and parts.
