Yes.  We do.  Just about anything you need done, we do.

Does Technoserv Sell Brand Name Products?

We only sell products sourced from major vendors in Gauteng.  We ensure we only go with well known, and established brand name goods.  Although it may be cheaper to buy “no name brands”, in the end, it is better to buy a quality brand name item, because warranties and guarantees ensure you get what you pay for.

Do You Have A Physical Shop?

Nope.  We source and supply only.  We are able to keep our costs considerably lower than regular retailers, because we aren’t paying salaries and rent.

How Long Have You Been In IT?

We started in 1989.  Got Qualified in all technical aspects of PC repair, we did programming and then completed our A+ Certification.  We registered our Company in 2010 and Launched our Technoserv.co.za website the same year.  We’ve been shifting focus from and to the IT industry ever since.  We continue to offer support in IT, Digital display signage, WordPress Website hosting and setup, as well as managing Facebook and Adwords Campaigns.

Have we got Recommendations?

We don’t believe in putting these up on our website.  We feel that we should get to know one another based on mutual respect and understanding.  See how we perform, then make a decision.

Is it safe to Buy through Technoserv?

We’ve been doing this full time since 2010.  We don’t advertise our business yet, but have made numerous purchases for clients and supplied every single item on time and in the same condition it was received in.

We process payments through Payfast.  There are policies and procedures that protect both of us in the event that money is an issue.

So yes, it is safe to buy from us.  Everything goes through Shopify and Payfast.  Delivery takes place either by direct delivery or courier.

If I make a purchase, How Long Will It Take To Arrive?

Depending on stock levels, your goods are normally picked the same day.

If your order arrives before 12h00, you may get same day delivery (depending on the courier workload)

If your order arrives before 16h00, your order will be picked and may arrive the next day before 12h00.

All other order placements will be delivered the following working day.

*Note:  If your stock is not held locally, you will be given a ETA (estimated Time Of Arrival)

** Note: If your item ships from a major centre to outlying areas, there may be delays due to weather, vehicles etc.  But we will do our best to keep you abreast of any possible problems as they happen.

NB:  The moment your goods are despatched, we deliver your tracking number to your specified email, so that you can keep tabs on the delivery process yourself.
